Manager

Vasundhara Kandpal, Ph.D.

With a keen interest in community development, Vasundhara has worked for more than 6 years, on various community projects across international locations. She loves organising community events, leading workshops on capacity building and community empowerment. She believes that when it comes to the power of community, 1+1 is not 2 but 11. Vasundhara holds a Doctorate in Environment Management for research work on threatened species in the Greater Himalayan region and their management strategies.

Manjinder Hundal

Manjinder is a social worker and a teacher by profession. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work and Analytical Chemistry. Manjinder moved from Mumbai to Melbourne in 2016 with her family. She has had the privilege to volunteer over a range of projects within community organisations and institutions in the past. She is a voracious reader and enjoys devotional and classical music. Connection, Communication and Compassion drives her work with people and individuals.

Community Development Officer

K Mariam J Siddiqui

Mariam is a sociologist, a certified life coach, and community development worker with over 6 years of experience. Her expertise spans diverse sectors including disability support, entrepreneurship, and environmental education. Passionate about community service, she has volunteered with numerous schools and NGOs across India and Africa. Mariam finds joy in music, dance, culinary experiences, and exploring new cultures through travel.

Community Development Officer

Shruti Padmanabhan

Shruti moved to Melbourne in 2022 to pursue a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Melbourne. With an educational background in psychology and social work from India, she has five years of experience in the Indian development sector, focusing on community development, education, and public policy research.

She has a keen interest in mental health and community development, and is passionate about advocating for the needs of multicultural communities living in Australia. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in nature, discovering new cuisines and restaurants in Melbourne, and attending trivia nights. 

Finance Office

Vivian Stanley

Vivian holds a Master's degree in Accounting and is working towards becoming a Certified Practising Accountant. He has over eight years of experience working as an Accountant across various industries. He takes pride in supporting charities and their causes.

Apart from work and volunteering, he loves playing Cricket and Tennis and exploring Regional areas.
