Dil ki Baat -
Women support group

Add a heading (1)_edited_edited_edited.p

There are women in our community who may be feeling helpless, isolated and lonely. This silent struggle can be rooted in a complex interplay of traditions and expectations, which combined with the migrant experience, can make it difficult for some women to understand issues and seek help. Through this platform, we aim to support women in an informal social setting.

Here, we celebrate the strength of sisterhood and provide a safe space  for open dialogue and shared experiences. Whether you are navigating life's challenges or simply seeking connection, our women's support groups offer a welcomingand culturally appropriate environment. Join us on this journey of friendship, where compassion and understanding flourish, fostering a network of resilience and camaraderie. Together, we navigate life's twists and turns, emerging with more clarity and a sense of belonging.
