General Manager

Vasundhara Kandpal, Ph.D.

With a keen interest in community development, Vasundhara has worked for more than 6 years, on various community projects across international locations. She loves organising community events, leading workshops on capacity building and community empowerment. She believes that when it comes to the power of community, 1+1 is not 2 but 11. Vasundhara holds a Doctorate in Environment Management for research work on threatened species in the Greater Himalayan region and their management strategies.

Welfare Services Manager

Druma Datey

Druma holds a Master of Social Work degree and brings rich experience in family violence response, prevention, capacity building, and community empowerment. With a strong background in working alongside people seeking asylum, refugees, and multicultural communities, Druma is deeply committed to creating safe, inclusive space where all people feel heard, respected, and supported.

A committed mentor, Druma enjoys supporting students and emerging practitioners to grow their confidence and leadership. Outside of work, Druma loves dancing, walking, and exploring new places, finding joy and inspiration in connection, movement, and discovery.

Lead - Fundraising, Philanthropy and Grants

K Mariam J Siddiqui

Mariam is a sociologist with a passion for community development and social impact across sectors including education, disability support, animal welfare, entrepreneurship, and environmental sustainability. At IndianCare, she expresses her love for writing and research through grant writing and fundraising.

A certified life coach, Mariam is passionate about understanding people, communities, and the social factors that shape our lives. She is an avid learner who enjoys attending talks, engaging with new ideas, and exploring different perspectives on society and human behaviour.

Outside of work, Mariam enjoys music, dance, exploring diverse culinary experiences, and discovering new cultures through travel. She has lived and worked in India and across the African continent.

Finance Officer

Vivian Stanley

Vivian holds a Master's degree in Accounting and is working towards becoming a Certified Practising Accountant. He has over eight years of experience working as an Accountant across various industries. He takes pride in supporting charities and their causes.

Apart from work and volunteering, he loves playing Cricket and Tennis and exploring Regional areas.

Nishanth Sharma Hastalapuram

Nishanth Sharma Hastalapuram holds a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Human Services. As a Community Development Officer at IndianCare Inc., he is committed to supporting diverse communities through initiatives that promote social inclusion, wellbeing, and active community participation. With a strong academic background in social work and human services, he brings a thoughtful and community-focused approach to his role. He is dedicated to contributing to programs and initiatives that foster positive social outcomes, strengthen community connections, and enhance the wellbeing of individuals and families. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places.

Social Connections Officer

Sukhjit Singh

He is a seasoned Digital Marketing Professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in video marketing, video production, photography, video editing, and event coordination. With a strong background in managing high-impact corporate events, he brings both creative vision and operational precision to every project.

 

A skilled professional anchor, he has successfully hosted and managed number of events, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, stage presence, and audience engagement. His expertise spans from concept development to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

 

Passionate about fostering creativity and delivering excellence, he leverages technical innovation and collaborative leadership to consistently produce engaging and impactful content.

Community Developer Officer

Nupur Joshi

Nupur brings over a decade of diverse experience across the business and development sides of sport, with a strong focus on using sport as a catalyst for social change. She has worked with sport-based non-profits like OSCAR Foundation and Reality Gives in India, leading fundraising and grassroots development programs.
In addition to her non-profit work, Nupur has held strategic roles at PwC and Nielsen Sports, where she delivered data-driven insights and consulting services for clients across government and private sectors. She also manages Indian para-badminton player and Paralympian Manasi Joshi, advocating for inclusion and representation in sport. 

Nupur holds a Diploma in Sports Management from Leipzig University, Germany, and an engineering degree from the University of Mumbai. Outside of work, she is a proud new mum who enjoys cooking, playing basketball, exploring cycling trails.
